Kidsdoku is an educational puzzle game application designed for children. The app features sudoku-style puzzles using fun emoji themes to help children develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills in an enjoyable, age-appropriate environment.

📜2. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Kidsdoku is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading, installing, or using Kidsdoku, you agree to be bound by Apple's EULA terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

✅3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kidsdoku for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

• Use the application for any commercial purpose

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• Manage Subscription: You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, but there are no refunds for partial periods
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use at any time by deleting the app from your device.
